Africa Day was an awareness and fundraising event organised by the cross-college tutorial team.
All departments in college were involved running projects and competitions to raise money for the
Building Schools for Africa charity. It was a colourful, loud and varied event, which offered students the chance to get involved in hands-on activities, including African drumming, lino-printing and metal work while tasting African themed food and meeting African wildlife in the form of a Royal Python.
